Payment and forms:
Assemble all forms and ARI certificates and upload to your alpacareg.com site or mail to:
Heart of VA Alpaca Show Patty Fuller 2621 Mount Tabor Road Blacksburg, VA 24060 or send via email attachment to alpacas@poplarhill.com. Schedule your vet visit within 30 days of the show to complete your Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) and bring the pink copy with you to the show. Only paper CVIs will be accepted. |
